The great thing about this is that there is a crunch factor from the carrots and walnuts while creamy and fluffy from the almond milk.
So I'll stop with the teasing and tell you how to make your own!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of grated carrots
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnut (or any nut you like)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ginger (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- Coconut yogurt (optional topping)

Instructions:
- Add oats, water, flax seeds, and chia seeds to a pan. Cook on medium high heat and stir continuously till its nearly fully cooked.
- Add the grated carrots, chopped apple, walnuts, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and raisins. Cook till the apple is slightly tender but still has a crunch.
- Then add the almond milk and stir through till the oatmeal is completely cooked.
- Pour your creamy oatmeal into a bowl and top with apple slices, molasses, chopped nuts, or anything you like!
